Treatment

My treatment is designed according to the needs and preferences of each client. A session may address general stress, particular strains, or soft tissue injuries. My goal is to assist each person in releasing tension, recovering more quickly and fully from injuries, and restoring a sense of ease in the body. 

For those who are interested, I offer a variety of self-care techniques, including tension-releasing and energy-building exercises that are easy to do at home or at work to extend and maintain the benefits of treatments. Theses are available on my Clients Only segment of this site. At your first appointment I will give you the password to enter this portion of the website so you may access:

  5. Affiliate professionals

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday only.

Fees

My in-office fee is $160 per session. Extended sessions are available.

Home visits (only if you have a table) cost $200 for a 75-minute session.

Massage gift certificates are a nurturing way to say that you care. Let me know if you would like to pick it up or have me send it.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time or the full fee is charged and payable immediately. (I do not charge if you have a medical emergency.) If cancelling less than 24 hours before your session you may send a friend or family member to take your place, or the full fee will be charged. If the treatment is a gift, payment arrangements must be made before the appointment.

When cancelling, please contact me by one of the below options, state your name, the date and time of your appointment and when/how you wish me to contact you about rescheduling.

Late Arrival Policy

The hour you book is your time. If you arrive late and another client is scheduled for the hour immediately following your appointment, you will receive a shorter treatment. If I have some free time after your hour, I will accommodate your lateness whenever possible.

Insurance Reimbursement Policy

Third party payment is not accepted. You are welcome to request a detailed receipt for all sessions. In the event that your health insurance provider covers treatments, you are responsible for submitting the necessary forms to your insurance company. I will be available to answer questions and communicate with insurance case managers to facilitate processing of your claims whenever necessary.

Confidentiality Policy

Everything that transpires during your professional treatment with me is held in absolute confidence and never shared — even with another professional — without your permission.

Client Intake Form

This intake form (download here) provides important background information that helps me tailor effective sessions to meet your particular needs. To save time at your initial appointment, please fill it in and get it back to me at least 24 hours prior to your session. I will always respect your privacy and assure you this information will be kept absolutely confidential. I will have you sign the consent segment in my office at our first meeting.
